At Nestora Home, we are committed to delivering your furniture and home accessories safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and ship orders across the United States.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Locations
Nestora Home currently ships to customers within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping services globally in the future.
Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
For larger furniture items or specialty deliveries, shipping times may vary and could take slightly longer due to handling and logistics requirements.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size or weight of the items in your order. Occasionally, Nestora Home may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or during special sales events.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and shipping details. This allows you to track your order and monitor its delivery progress.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible.
If an order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
While we work with reliable shipping partners, Nestora Home is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. Our support team will also assist you in resolving the issue whenever possible.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, some products may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability. You will receive tracking information for each shipment if this occurs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or appropriate solution.
